Prices

Prices shown on the website are as accurate as we can make them. In any circumstance we will never charge our customers a price that differs from that advertised without having cleared it with the customer first.

Prices include UK VAT. Shipping costs are added during the checkout process and are based on order weight (it costs us more to send heavier items) and on your location.

Some example shipping costs are shown below.

Ordering

On receiving your online order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the order, order number, and the total price of the order.

Payment

Our online shopping system uses a secure server on the WorldPay website to transfer your credit card details to us. Payment is in UK Pounds Sterling. If you order from a non-UK country, your credit card company may charge a currency conversion fee that is different to ours

Payment can also be made by cheque and should be made payable to "ProShot Solutions Ltd" and sent to our mailing address (see above). If you want to pay by cheque we only accept cheques drawn on a UK bank.

Despatch of Orders

If the goods are in stock, they will be despatched within 2 working days. If the goods are not in stock, we will contact you by email with an estimated delivery time. Please ensure you provide a valid email address at the point of order in the event that updates are necessary. If we are then unable to provide all or part of the order within the estimated delivery time you will be notified by a further email.

Goods will normally be despatched via Royal Mail First Class post or by courier for larger items. Standard delivery time from the point of despatch is 48 hours. Please be aware that First Class post does not guarantee next day delivery.

Quality of Goods, and Returns Procedure

Our objective is to have our customers fully satisfied with the service they receive from Coolbinz, and the goods that we supply. If the goods are faulty or not what you ordered, we will be happy to rectify the situation. In the first instance please contact sales@proshotsolutions.co.uk with details so we can arrange for a replacement or a refund as required.

UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

You have a separate right of cancellation during a "cooling off" period. If you wish to cancel an order for whatever reason, you have seven clear working days after delivery to let us know. We will refund you on return of goods. You must return the goods to us at your own expense and take care of the goods whilst they are in your care.

We recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service to return goods.

Refunds

When we refund a credit card payment, the amount to be refunded will be credited to the original credit card account.

ProShot Solutions will not, under any circumstances, pass on any details to a third party without the customer's express permission. We only store customer details and we will only use the details that we collect about you in accordance with the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998 We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and, secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

The type of information we will collect about you includes: Your name, address, phone number, email, address, credit/debit card details (card details are collected by WorldPay and PayPal).

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by email. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should email us.

Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of ProShot Solutions until you have paid in full.

Complaints

We hope that you will not need to read this section, but should you have any cause for complaint, your first step is to contact sales@proshotsolutions.co.uk or telephone 01403 752 714 between 0930 and 1730 UK time, or write to us setting out the problem, and we will do our best to resolve the situation to the satisfaction of all concerned.

Any complaint will be answered same day if possible, but certainly within 5 working days. We also welcome comments on our service - if we don't know what irritates our customers, we cannot change it.

Legal Stuff

These terms and conditions, your order and payment, and the delivery of the goods you order form the basis of a contract under the laws of England and Wales between you, the customer, and ProShot Solutions. These terms and conditions in no way affect your statutory rights.
